Full refunds (not including service fee) are issued only if event cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to the start date of said event.

All other cancellations will receive a credit for the corresponding value that can be used within one year of credit issue on all future Globall Competitions events.

If a refund is requested more than 60 days after initial payment, the refund will be issued via check.
