A straight head-to-head: two keepers, two goals, one short pitch. Each keeper is trying to score past the other while guarding their own net, so every match is attack and defence at once. Quick rotations, switch sides at the halfway mark, then go again.

Keepers play inside their own age bracket, so a U7 never faces a U15. Everyone plays a group stage first, then the leading keepers in each bracket go through to knockout rounds.

You do not need to be registered with a club to enter. Parents register one keeper at a time through PlayMetrics.

Matches are two halves of three minutes, with the keepers switching ends at half time. Age bracket splits are confirmed once entries close.
